Cold storage installation is an important part of the project. The preliminary preparations mainly include the selection of the cold storage site, the design of the cold storage construction drawings, the selection of cold storage refrigeration equipment, and the setting of cold storage temperature, etc. Next, we come to the aspect of cold storage installation. During the installation of the cold storage, the following aspects should be noted:

1. The cold storage is installed with steel frame lightweight prefabricated insulation panel assembly structure, and this type of cold storage is a single-layer structure. Its load-bearing components are mostly made of thin-walled steel. Both the inner and outer panels of the storage panel are made of color steel plates (with the base material being galvanized steel plates). The core material of the storage panel is foamed rigid polyurethane or pasted polystyrene foam board. Since all components, except for the ground, are prefabricated in complete sets at professional factories according to unified standards and assembled on-site, the construction progress is fast and the construction period is short.

2. The cold storage should be installed in a place with good ventilation and low humidity
After installation, condensation may sometimes occur before the concrete base dries completely. During periods of abnormally high humidity, such as the rainy season, condensation may form at the joints of the storage panels, and in rare cases, even on the entire storage panel. These are temporary phenomena, and wiping is necessary when necessary.
3. In addition to the thermal load of the warehouse, the refrigeration capacity should also take into account potential equipment malfunctions and future maintenance.
4. The drainage water in the cold storage is discharged through drainage pipes. As water is often discharged, it is necessary to direct the drainage to a place where it can flow smoothly. During the installation of the cold storage, a U-shaped pipe must be installed on the drainage pipe. Installing a U-shaped pipe can prevent the leakage of cold air and the invasion of insects and mice. If a U-shaped pipe is not installed on the drainage pipe, it may sometimes cause corrosion to the unit.
