Key points to check before installing a cold storage air cooler: After unpacking the outer packaging of the cold storage air cooler, check for any looseness in its components. If there is any looseness, tighten it again; Check if the fan blades of the axial flow fan are securely installed on the motor shaft, including the fan blades and protection.
1. After unpacking the outer packaging of the cold air cooler in the cold storage, check whether each component is loose, and if there is any looseness, tighten it again;
2. Check if the axial flow fan blades are securely installed on the motor shaft, and if they collide with the protective cover;
3. If the air cooler is damaged or deformed due to transportation, it should be repaired before lifting;
4. Before leaving the factory, all air coolers are pressurized with nitrogen and sealed with capillary tubes. Before installation, remove the sealing capillary tube. If there is an airflow sound, it indicates that the evaporator tube of the air cooler is well sealed and can be used with confidence. If there is no airflow sound, it indicates that there is a leak in the evaporator tube, which should be checked during installation.
5. The D-type ceiling mounted air cooler is bolted onto the ceiling of the warehouse, with hole spacing in accordance with the air cooler manual;
6. The distance between the installation of ceiling mounted air coolers and the wall (fan diameter 400mm or less) should be maintained at 250-300mm to facilitate the circulation and maintenance of cold air in the cold storage;
7. After installation, the ceiling mounted air cooler should be kept level;
8. The drainage pipe of the air cooler should have a certain slope to the outside of the cold storage, so that the defrosting water can be smoothly discharged outside the storage. The connecting pipe outside the storage should be arched into a U-shape, and a certain liquid seal should be maintained inside the pipe to prevent a large amount of hot air from outside the storage from entering the cold storage;
9. Insulation should be added outside the drainage pipe in the cold storage, and an electric heating tube should be added inside the drainage pipe to prevent defrosting water from freezing during the drainage process when the temperature is below -20 ℃;
10. When installing the expansion valve, the temperature sensing bulb must be tightly tied to the upper part of the horizontal return pipe and ensure good contact with the return pipe. Moisture should be kept outside the return pipe to prevent the temperature sensing bulb from being affected by storage temperature;
11. The outlet of the air cooler should avoid opening beams or columns to avoid affecting the air supply range.
12. The electrical junction box of the D-type Freon ceiling air cooler is designed on the left side of the front of the air cooler. The junction box is divided into two specifications: low-power defrosting electric heating tube terminals for air coolers with an area of less than 22 square meters, and Y-shaped terminals for defrosting electric heating tubes for air coolers with an area of more than 30 square meters. Due to the unbalanced load of the three-phase electric heating tubes, users must connect the neutral wire when wiring. In addition, if one phase of the electric heating tube overheats and burns out, it will not cause overload of the other two phases of the electric heating tubes;
13. When the defrosting electric heating tube is connected, the fan power must be disconnected to prevent hot air from being blown into the warehouse during defrosting;
14. The defrosting cycle is adjusted by the defroster to defrost 1-4 times per day and night, and the defrosting time is adjusted according to the thickness of frost and quick freezing;
15. The defroster should have a delay function, so that the air cooler fan cannot start immediately when defrosting is complete.
